Read the following passage and then write a summary of 60 words about it. Youth anywhere in the world are the hope of the nation. Neglecting the upbringing of youth is equivalent to neglecting the life of the nation. Today, if we look at the trend of upbringing of our children, there is a very confusing situation. Now, the upbringing of children, especially in our community here in Tanzania, has a unique difficulty. Some of our youth have engaged in shameful things, for example, alcoholism, smoking bhang, sexual matters and other immoral acts. Now some of them are shameless and are drifting in life. Others like a life of pleasure, ways to get rich quickly and many other sad things. Let's remember that these are the ones who will lead the country when their elders finish their time here on earth. But let's ask ourselves one question. Who is to blame? Shall we blame the children? Shall we blame the parents or whom? Entertainment matters have existed since ancient times but had their limits. For example, it was taboo for girls to walk alone, they walked in groups. The act of conceiving outside of marriage was strongly condemned and it was a shame for any girl to encounter such a disaster.
